All commercial models are equipped with FIDO Backend Platform and support flexible payment methods, making them ideal for pubs, bars, arcades, dart centers, and event venues.
The FIDO Backend Platform is a website where you can control many business features, including organizing league and tournament competitions, enabling or disabling the charge-by-hour function, setting the hourly rate, viewing monthly or daily income reports for each bar, customizing themes, and managing advertising on FIDO machines (video or poster).

1. Design Style and Mobility
Wall-Mount Design
FIDO BIZ NV-3601P, NV-3302P, and NV-3301P use a wall-mount design that keeps the floor clear around the dart area, making them a good fit for pubs, bars, and arcades.FIDO BIZ NV-3601P and NV-3302P have an elegant and compact look that creates a classic steel-tip darts vibe, so they blend in naturally with a bar setting. Because these models are lighter, they’re easier to transport and usually cost less to deliver to your venue.
Classic Upright Design
The NV-3202P uses a classic upright design, so there’s no need to mount it on the wall. It’s a solid choice if you want a self-standing machine with a classic upright look.
2. Display Options
External TV Display
FIDO BIZ NV-3601P is operated via a tablet or smartphone, so you can connect your tablet to a big TV using an HDMI adapter whenever you want a bigger screen.You can also choose to purchase FIDO’s dedicated 10.1-inch or 21.5-inch tablets, both equipped with a built-in HDMI output, making it even easier to connect to a big TV without relying on extra adapters.
NV-3302P and NV-3301P have built-in HDMI output, so it’s super easy to connect to a big TV. Plug it in, and the game is on the big screen right away.
Built-in Screen
NV-3202P comes with a built-in 23.5-inch LCD screen, so you can start using it without connecting any extra display. If you prefer a bigger screen, you can still use the built-in HDMI output to connect to a big TV for a larger view.
3. User Interface and Operation
Tablet Touch Control
FIDO BIZ NV-3601P is our latest commercial model. It’s operated via a tablet or smartphone with simple touch controls, so it feels familiar and easy to use for most people today.
Button Control
NV-3302P is powered by an industrial computer, and players control it using a wireless keypad with physical buttons. Since the keypad is separate from the machine, you can place it wherever it feels best for you and reposition it when needed.
NV-3301P and NV-3202P are powered by an industrial computer as well, and both come with built-in physical buttons on the machine, so everything is in one place.
Sign-In Options
NV-3301P and NV-3202P include a built-in NFC reader, so players can tap a FIDO member card to sign in and save personal records. This is especially convenient for leagues and tournaments, because players can check in and join matches quickly with their card.
All models also support FIDO App sign-in. Players can scan the QR code on the game screen to sign in, keep their personal records, and join league or tournament matches.
4. Built-in Speaker Availability
NV-3202P is the only model with a built-in speaker, delivering strong, punchy sound right from the machine without any extra equipment.
For other models such as FIDO BIZ NV-3601P, NV-3302P, and NV-3301P, game audio comes from your connected display, like your TV. If you want bigger sound, you can connect the TV audio to your own speakers.

5. Available Payment Methods
Depending on the hardware configuration of each model, different payment methods are supported:

Charge by Hour via FIDO Booking System.
Supported by all commercial models.
With the FIDO Booking System, you can log in from your phone or computer to set when your FIDO machine becomes active and for how long. Then you can charge customers at the counter based on how long they play.
When you use Charge by Hour via FIDO Booking System, how customers pay depends on the hardware in each model. You still charge based on playtime, but you can choose the payment method that works best for your venue.
For models without a built-in coin acceptor or NFC reader, such as FIDO BIZ NV-3601P and NV-3302P, you simply charge customers at the counter based on the time they played. They can pay the way your bar already handles payments, like cash, your card terminal, or any other payment method you normally accept.
For models with a built-in coin acceptor, such as NV-3202P, you can still charge by playtime, and customers can pay by inserting coins.
For models with a built-in NFC reader, such as NV-3202P and NV-3301P, you can also charge by playtime and let customers pay using a top-up card.

NV-3301P is the easiest wall-mount model to install. The industrial computer is built into the machine, and the AC power socket is on the top, so connecting power is quick and easy. Once it’s mounted, you typically just plug in the power cord and network cable, and it’s ready to go.
NV-3302P takes more time to set up because the industrial computer is not built into the machine. That means there are more cables to connect, and you’ll likely spend a bit more time getting the wiring organized. The machine itself still has an elegant and compact look once everything is set up.
FIDO BIZ NV-3601P is simpler to install than NV-3302P, while still keeping an elegant and compact look. You do not need to deal with extra computer wiring or heavy cable management. Instead, you mainly mount the machine and then do a simple software pairing setup with your tablet.
